Acai Smoothie
- 1 packet unsweetened frozen acai berries
- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries)
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk (or another milk alternative
Kale Green Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups fresh chopped kale
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for Acai smoothie in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide into individual bowls and set aside
- Rinse out blender and repeat with green smoothie.
- Pour into Acai smoothie into swirl pattern. I like to create different patterns with a spoon, but we know it all ends up in your tummy regardless 😉
- Top with any fresh fruit, nuts or seeds!
