Grape Cucumber Chia Vegan Alkalizing Smoothie 🍇💚So we have a load of homegrown grapes from our parents. I have made amateur wine before and it is quite a process! 😜 So, I am discovering some alternate uses for this delectable super healthy fruit this week! Try this refreshing and absolutely delicious high anti-oxidant smoothie to get you through the day!
- 1 cup purple grapes (seeds are great too as they are packed with flavonoids, fatty and amino acids)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 Apple 🍏
- 2 T chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
- 2 T raw honey
- Blend all ingredients well in a powerful blender.
