Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon fillet with Herb mixture. - Whole skin-on salmon fillet or 4 individual portions
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- fresh lemon cut into wedges
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles (optional)

- Preheat oven to 400′
- In a small dish mix your herbs and salt. Add fresh ground pepper to taste
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil to make clean up easy. Otherwise you can oil your baking sheet
- Place salmon fillet skin-side down on baking sheet
- Sprinkle herb mixture on salmon. drizzle with olive oil
- Top with feta if using
- bake uncovered for about 20-25 min. Check thickest part before removing from oven to see that it flakes, but is not overdone. Salmon will continue to bake for a bit when removed from oven
- Portion out on plates and squeeze a fresh lemon wedge over the top
