Our clients come from all different regions, where product offerings can vary. Sometimes it’s easier just to have a few products delivered, so you aren’t searching for suitable items in your grocery store and overwhelmed looking at all the labels. I’ve already done that research for you here!
We are AMAZON PRIME fans over here, so most of the following are all available via this delivery method, with next day or 2 day shipping (a few exceptions). However, some of these items are also found in your local markets or on their individual sites, if you have the time to look.
Firstly, we recommend you buy a good low-carb protein powder as you start F.E.L. We prefer collagen or whey for the system goals, but there are plant-based options if needed. Contact me with questions about this. These specific types and brands I’ve included, we buy ourselves. They all mix well with liquid, taste delicious, and have almost no carbs/serving! I also use these protein powders in some of my recipes. You’ll see some noted throughout the website.
Most of these protein powders are even appropriate to integrate in on a “fast” day/Phase 1. Remember, you’re really fasting from carbs/sugar on our program. The unflavored varieties here are actually 0 carb, 0 sugar so the ideal option to help get you through your first 30 hours on the program! The Perfect keto Chocolate is a close second. These are great mixed with coffee too. The collagen helps with muscle building and repair.

Low Carb, Whole Food, No Added Sugar Protein Bars:
•Perfect Keto Bars, No Added Sugar. 10-11g of Protein, Coconut Oil, and Collagen, with a Touch of Sea Salt and Stevia. They come out to around $3 a bar. The texture is different than most other nutrition bars, but as far as a bar goes, these are extremely low-carb and have the nutrition and flavor you’d want.
For those who want a pre-packaged low carb (only 1 gm sugar) supplement bar, this is a great option and will satisfy any of your dessert cravings. We’ve tried all the flavors, and they’re all good! Great Phase 2 or 3 F.E.L. snacking!

These are another no sugar added collagen protein bar option and offered here at a better price than I have seen in the supermarkets. They are just slightly higher carb than the Perfect Keto bars, but delicious, and a different texture. It’s nice to try different options to see which is your favorite! With 12 grams of protein, these are a great supplement snack.

Here is a third option for Keto/low-carb nutrition bars, with a similar carb and sugar count to the Bulletproof ones (so, higher than Perfect Keto). These are more chewy than the Perfect Keto Bars, and in my opinion sweeter. These have monk fruit extract and a little honey. Try them all and see which you like best!
