This morning I bring to you a breakfast bowl seriously overloaded with all the trendy top superfoods in one ?!! There’s no doubt even just reading what’s in this you’ll feel really good about yourself for starting your day with this breakfast.
Although “superfoods” is really just a great marketing term, it’s hard to get a more nutrient-rich couple of cups of freshness from around the globe??
Avocado, Açai, Mango, Hemp, Spinach bowl (2 large servings)
- 1 package frozen açai
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 Haas avocado
- 1 cup coconut almond milk (or your choice of milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened kefir or plain yogurt for a dose of probiotics
- 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach or kale
- 1 T hemp seeds
- Blend well in powerful blender.
- Add your toppings (unsweetened shredded coconut, pomegranate seeds, kiwi slices, banana slices and hulled hemp seeds
